"Alfred promised to give us a weekend-off under two conditions: to reach the Champions League’ semifinals and to win in Berlin. Such a challenge it was not necesarry to be spoken twice...So, on Friday evening, I flew to Montpellier. I spent an excellent moment there."
- We haven’t heard from you since your stay at L’Equipe. Was it a great?
"To be in the company of French sport’ stars it gives you a strange sensation. It is really very intimidating. And more than this we were the editors-in-chief for the number 20.000. It was really impressing..."
- We found out yersterday that Jackson Richardson will play for Rhein-Neckar Löwen until the end of the season. What does this news inspire to you?
"Well, here we are with a new French player in the Bundesliga. We will be numerous. To play again against Jack will be a pleasure, all the more because we will confront us three times (two times in Champions League, one time in the domestic league). I will have a strange feeling seeing him on the field again. "
- Well, let´s talk a bit about the national championship. You don´t consider that the title is already won?
"We are not far away from achiving it, but it is not ours yet. Mathematically, we still can miss it. We need three wins to get it, in fact two victories and a draw would be sufficient. Let´s start it by beating Straslund this Wednesday..."
