Les Bleus were in control of the game, leading more times with 5, 6 goals in the second half. With one minute to go, Sweden equalised, 30:30, but the exeprience of Accambray made the difference. The left back scored for 31:30 and Paturel had the last word: 32:30. Otherwise, Denmark was crowned European Champions, by winning Germany, 26:21.
