Nikola flew yesterday, at 18 o´clock to Munich, where he joined his club team, THW Kiel, a couple of hours later. Tomorrow, at 15 o´clock, live in DSF, Kiel plays HSV Hamburg for the German Supercup.
- Nikola, do you had the time to repose anyhow?
"Yes, I spent an excellent night and today I put my medal under the pillow and I don´t participate to any event. "
- Did Montpellier celebrate you?
"Yes, not only me, but first of all the players which perform in the club(Daouda, Mika, Cédric et Joël), they were the ones in the spotlight. Frontignan also honoured me. It was really touching."
- In which frame of mind do you think you´ll find your teammates?
"Listen, I am both pleased and impatient to rejoin the team. I think that we will have a beautiful season. I will take care that this season will be rich in victories and titles. For this I have already told myself that I will give 200% on the court. My next holiday will be in June 2009!"
- The start of the season will be very dense (six games in twelve days). Are you prepared for it?
"I had to be. It is a totally crazy rhythm who it is imposed to us. And I don´t count here the qualification matches for the next Euro and for the World Championships in January. Once more I thank the European and world authorities that they worry about the health of the players. Why not to play every second day? I have sometimes the clear impression that they take us for idiots. "
