Karabatic Clan
I was always very close to my family and I still does. My parents and my brother bring me the necesarry equilibrum to my development as a handball player. We are very united and when I have to make a decision we talk about it. It is a little bit like a kind of clan, Karabatic clan.
We live all for the sports. My father, Branko, is a former goalkeeper from former Yugoslavia, my little brother Luka decided himself for tennis. He is classified -4/6, he has played tennis since he was 6 years old, so more than 12 years of practising. He plays for Tennis Club de Montpellier.
Concerning my mother, Lala, she is more an artist than a sportswoman. Painting is her passion. He paints very coloured and very „alive“ still-life paintings. I adore her work and she exposes her paintings regulary into the galeries around Montpellier.
So my family counts a lot for me and even if the distance between us is big, we are in permanent contact. This fact helps me to feel good in what I am doing and also to go along with it.
