- So, Niko tell us about your comeback.
"What other I can say apart the fact that it went very well. We beat a very dangerous squad of Gummersbach. It is an important win. And anyway this 6th round was very positive for us because Flensburg and Hamburg couldn´t win. A kind of bonus for us."
- And what about your performance?
"Alfred intended to let me play 15 minutes per half. In the first half I was on the field for 12 or 13 minutes, but in the second half I played almost 25 minutes. I found easily my place in the team, in the end there are three years since we have played together. There are some new tactical things, but it is not difficult to adapt to them."
- And what about your elbow?
"It is still a bit sensitive, but it didn´t bother me at all."
- This success against Gummersbach was not easy to get...
"Yes, that´s true. We didn´t performed very well in the first half. We were too friable in the defense and we had difficulties to find solutions in attack. But when we got back from the dressing room,we were solide in defence and we made the difference in attack due to our fast pace. We took the lead and we saved our margin until the end. "
- A busy week waits for you with a Champions League game and the Bundesliga derby against Hamburg.
"I didn´t wait something different. It is a very important week. We must have a good start in our European campaign against Skopje on Thrusday. And then on Sunday it will take place the derby against Hamburg. It is not necessary to get into details to explain the importance of this match."
